:How can I purchase additional products after the order is completed?
-Please contact us at support@heartfullnet.com. As long as the original order has not been delivered, it can be added again

Q2:What should I do if the product I received is misplaced or damaged?

-Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please use our contact form and write in the subject "Warranty Request". Please include a video/photo showing the issue with your item. We will review them against our warranty policy and arrange a free reshipment or a refund.

Q3:What is the delivery timeline?

-The shipment will be processed as soon as we received the order confirmation. The normal stocking time is 2-3 days. Please refer to our Shipping & Return Policy for the major shipping regions and their delivery times.

Q4:What is the shipping rate?

Free shipping over 100 USD. For orders under 100 USD, a shipping fee will be collected and calculated at the checkout based on your country. Please refer to our Shipping & Return policy for the standard shipping rate of major regions.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us at support@heartfullnet.com to start the return. Please refer to our Shipping & Return policy for details.
Q2:What's your exchange policy?
- The best way for exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 
Q3:How long do I get refunded?
-  If you are approved for the return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@heartfullnet.com.
